Netflix to lower video quality in Europe to preserve streaming speed

Netflix has announced that it will be lowering video quality for European users due to the coronavirus. Since so many people are using Netflix from their homes during the quarantine, this could overload Netflix's servers and increase video buffering. This change will only last for 30 days as the worst of the pandemic passes.
