Apple to return to low-cost smartphone market

For the first time since the iPhone SE's release in 2016, Apple is set to return to the low-cost smartphone market in February 2020. Production will start in February while the phone's unveiling is expected in March. The new iPhone will replace the standard screen with a cheaper LCD screen to maintain the reduced cost, and seems to be targeting customers of low to mid-tier smartphone manufacturers like Huawei.
