The World Anti-Doping Agency has suggested that Russia be banned from all international sports for the next four years. Their investigators found that a number of positive drug tests had been deleted from the database they extracted from a Moscow laboratory. If this ban is followed through, Russia will not be able to compete in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
